- comes with rubber tip to protect pen - remove prior to use
- Each pen is custom made and can differ to the photos
- feathers can differ to each other according to supplier
- we can put 2 names on one topper please check the photos above for examples.
- pens are made from resin which means the final result of the pens can slightly differ to the photo, this is out of our control as once resin is poured we cannot control the way it sets during the curing process.
- If you choose to customise with names, please select custom option and then write names in the notes box

Returns Policy
We have a strict no returns or exchange policy on all items that are custom made and personalised. Due to the nature of the product, these cannot be sold on or exchanged for a different item.

Shipping
All ring trays or large resin items are shipped out using a courier - either Parcelforce, DHL, UPS or FEDEX. Due to these items being fragile, they are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged safely to avoid any damage during the shipping process. Shipping takes place a few days before your chosen delivery date and most items are delivered within 1-2 working days **dependent on courier**
