Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We operate a strict no returns and no exchanges policy.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged (e.g. cracked or broken).

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 days of placing it.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 5 days and up to 10 days from the order date will receive a 50% refund only.

  • Cancellations requested after 10 days will not be eligible for a refund.

After 10 days, production may have commenced, materials may have been allocated or used, and scheduling commitments may have been affected. As a result, cancellations at this stage lead to material waste and disruption to production schedules, and refunds cannot be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • We will only offer a replacement for items that are cracked or damaged.

  • Photographic evidence will be required before a replacement is approved.


Handmade Item Disclaimer

All our products are handmade using resin, and as such, each item is unique. Variations in finish are natural and expected due to factors beyond our control, including temperature, humidity, environment, and weather conditions.

Common characteristics of handmade resin items include:

  • Resin pulling during the curing process, which may leave a subtle circle in the centre of trays. This is normal and more common during colder seasons.

  • Small air bubbles or pockets, particularly around edges, due to the moulding process.

These are not considered faults but part of the natural resin-making process.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or cancellations for any of the above handmade characteristics.


Customs Fees & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges may be applied by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by local government laws and regulations. Crafts by Nahima will not pay, reimburse, or refund any customs fees or import charges.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays, returned parcels, or destruction of the shipment. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.


Shipping Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier directly for updates. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for delays outside our control.


Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable, as they are custom-made, including personalised or special orders.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved at the discretion of the business owner or staff, please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
