Domestic Shipping (UK)

Order Processing Time

Each product listing clearly states its individual processing time, which may vary depending on the item and level of customisation.

When multiple items are purchased within a single order, the estimated processing timeframe is approximately 1–2 weeks, as all items are handmade to order.

If you require your order sooner than the stated processing time, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after checkout, advising us of your required timeframe. While expedited production cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.


UK Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class

  • Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class

Shipping prices shown at checkout reflect current Royal Mail rates and cannot be amended or discounted.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays after collection, which are outside of our control. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a UPS shipping option at checkout, where available.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £150.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please retain your order number for all enquiries.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following regions:

  • Australia & New Zealand

International orders are shipped using DPD and UPS. Shipping costs displayed at checkout are accurately calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates.

Please ensure you review the estimated delivery timeframe listed with each shipping option before completing your purchase.

Free international shipping is available on orders over £250.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in accordance with your country’s governmental regulations.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Crafts by Nahima will not pay, reimburse, or refund any customs fees or import charges.

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and will not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Shipping Delays

While we pay for delivery services offered by our couriers, delays during transit or customs processing are beyond our control.

We do not issue refunds for courier delays, missed delivery estimates, or customs-related hold-ups.


Damages & Lost Parcels

Crafts by Nahima is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.


Returns Policy

We operate a strict no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy, as all products are custom-made to order.
