Returns Policy
We have a strict no returns or exchange policy on all items that are custom made and personalised. Due to the nature of the product, these cannot be sold on or exchanged for a different item.

Shipping
All ring trays or large resin items are shipped out using a courier - either Parcelforce, DHL, UPS or FEDEX. Due to these items being fragile, they are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged safely to avoid any damage during the shipping process. Shipping takes place a few days before your chosen delivery date and most items are delivered within 1-2 working days **dependent on courier**
